Ever heard of a movie called Party Girl? I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't. It's a little indie film from 1995 starring Parker Posey as a Holly Golightly-esque New York gal in need of some serious cash. Besides being a fantastic flick, Posey's style is such a kick: bright colors, mini skirts, statement pieces, which all culminate into an essential mid-90s wardrobe. Here's my take on party girl style:
