One of my favorite places to get happy hour in Seattle is the Hi-Life in Ballard.
Let me tell you why:
$3 well drinks, house wines, beers.
$3 personal pizzas, salads, cheesy bread, mac & cheese.
Tuesdays is happy hour ALL DAY.
Cute/kind waiters who look like Kenneth Branagh circa Much Ado About Nothing.
