I'm very sad to say that tonight, my dear friend Betty (seen perched on Carissa's shoulder) is being put down because she has kitty cancer and is not doing well. It is so heartbreaking to lose a dear-hearted animal like Betty, but it is also heartbreaking to see her suffer.
Tonight I'll be saying my goodbyes to her and giving my condolences to the Wallingford girls, Britta, Kelsey, Lindsey, Emily, and Andrea.
Betty, this post is dedicated to you. Thank you for making me laugh when you meowed so strangely, for being so sweet, so cuddly, and so sassy.

Ohhhhhhhhh.Poor Bett. No wonder she was so skinny. That happens sometimes when kitties get older.
She was so blessed to have a second home with the girls.

What a sweet, adorable cat... I'm sure you will miss her but have many fond & happy memories of her too. It's hard! I wish you courage.
