Summer 2008, Allie Fraley and Joe Martin were having fun in their own little worlds. Allie would go out to King's with her friends, while Joe did camping trips with his friends... Little did they know...
...that they would like each other so much. It took Allie awhile to realize that she was smitten, but when she did (on this very night pictured) she was VERY happy. Joe was too.
Autumn was spent getting to know each other, going on fun dates. One night in particular, October 18, Joe and Allie went to get pumpkins at a pumpkin patch outside of Seattle. Joe got aggravated because he got lost and stuck in traffic. Allie thought Joe was over her because of his standoffish behavior. But they went to a market, got pumpkins, went out to a bar with friends, and, with the help of gin and beer, confessed their utter "like" for each other, thus becoming boyfriend and girlfriend. October 19, officially.
Santa gave them his blessing...
They rang in the new year together...
And went on a lovely trip to Camp Casey.
Allie liked to put her arms around Joe.
And Joe liked to put his arms around Allie.
Summer brought on block parties and baseball games...
People were taken aback by how good-looking of a couple they were. Sweet dance moves too.
October came again, and Joe and Allie were still smitten. Despite going through their fair share of bumps couples naturally encounter.
They're as happy as clams, making each other laugh A LOT, riding bikes together, and altogether having a lot of fun.

I met my hubby 10 years ago this month... can't remember the exact date... I was 20, he was 18!
