The Artsy girl forgot pants...
It is a jean shirt DRESS. And she has tights under. Do not question my fashion choices.
Ha I can confirm that there were very few people dressed as such in Dublin today! BUT, weirdly, I was wearing a good bit of the artsy outfit!
PS You should issue this as a fashion warning next Paddy's Day. A great lot of people in Ireland could benefit from a little pamphlet!
