My favorite dress of the night: Zoe Saldana's Givenchy gown. Guh! So daring. Such splendid colors. I just love it. It's a work of art.
Meryl must be commended for always keeping it classy and age-appropriate, with the simple, white gown by Chris March (of "Project Runway," I guess). But NOT shying away from showing off her sex appeal with the deep v-cut. And I want those damn earrings.
Speaking of man-candy... Stanley Tucci, you are just a wonderful man. Even though you were nominated for playing a scary-rapist-murderer.
Sandra was perfecto. The magenta lips worked so well with her icy-colored Marchesa dress. And I really loved the silvery, iridescent, glittery, trend going on with a lot of the gowns. Including Helen Mirren's. That saucy minx.

Kudos to Vera Farmiga for going with such a statement gown by Marchesa. The color is gorgeous.
Miley looks beee-utiful. Again, that age-appropriate thing. Her Jenny Packham-designed gown is flirty, girly, and not too mature for a 17-year-old to wear.

Elizabeth Banks' Versace train was much fun! Very original color.PS: Remember that time I saw you in real life, Elizabeth??
Zoe Kravitz's dress was awesome. Red velvet yumminess. I can't for the life of me find who designed it. Will keep searching.
And last but not least, Diane Kruger in Chanel (obvie). A lot of people are hating on this dress, and I can understand why because it's not the most flattering thing in the world, but I like that she went for a bold fashion statement, instead of playing it safe, like so many others do. And that's my two-cents.

Zoe Saldana looked AMAZING! I love Givenchy.
I hear Stanley didn't even want that role.
And, yes, Elizabeth & I remember it like it was yesterday!
p.s. i've been desiring a sparkly, gold dress forever! Let's find an occasion to wear one.
