Andre owes lots of money to various hoodlums around Paris, so he decides to jump off a bridge into the Seine. Before he has a chance, someone else jumps off: A blond, leggy femme named "Angela" who happens to be Andre's guardian angel, and who Andre rescues from the murky waters. Angela's mission: to show Andre that he is a good person and to quit living a life of crime.
Angel-A is part madcap romp around Paris, part modern-day It's A Wonderful Life, and all-around touching and funny.
