I'm attending an Italian-themed party this Saturday and am in-charge of making aperitifs (Italian cocktails).

Negroni Punch... gin based, with Prosecco, in summer fruits
Puccini... Mandarin juice and sparkling wine
Vino alla salvia... A rose wine that is flavored with a few springs of sage

A negroni or the puccini sounds great.
My co-workers have been obsessed with Negronis using Dry Fly gin. If you choose Negroni, are you using sweet vermouth an campari?
