I believe this is from Charles Anastase's Spring 2009 Ready-to-Wear. That over-sized ruffle collar is wowWOWWOW! Love those little bloomers peeking out... Look no. 3 is probably my favorite: the dreamy chunky knit sweater, coming undone, the tutu... And I'm not sure who the model is, but she totally reminds me of Twiggy. She makes me want to bleach my hair and draw little hearts on my cheeks. Oh, the power of fashion.
