Currently working part time jobs at a chocolate shop AND a cheese shop, Stacey, who's been my room-mate for four years, really knows how to bring home the bacon (or should I say Valhrona Chocolate and Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese).
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Plenty of people to love, something useful to do with my hands, time to enjoy beautiful things.
When and where were you happiest?
I don't know if I could pinpoint it, but I can tell you it probably involved great food. And a gin and tonic.
What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?
Fear.
What is the trait you most deplore in others?
Arrogance.
What is your greatest extravagance?
Solid color zip up hooded sweatshirts. They're like crack for me.
What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
Discipline. I still haven't figured it out, and therefore consider it overrated.
On What occasion do you lie?
When it doesn't matter if everyone can tell that I'm lying. I am the WORST at it.
What do you dislike most about your appearance?
My profile, oddly enough. It really highlights my enormous Dutch forehead.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
More motivation to change the things in my life that I know need changing. Also, less fear of change.

Anything uttered by Dr. Steve Brule. "For your health... you dingus."
What is your favorite journey?
Summer 2008, Road-trip to Forks, WA with Allie and Laura. A trip born of my post-breakup obsession with young adult vampire fiction.
What is your greatest regret?
Saying "I love you" (romantic love) before I even knew what it meant.
Which talent would you most like to have?
I wish I had an eye for photography... I take on average three photos a year and they are all with my cell phone.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Becoming a cheesemonger.
