Crystal Renn started her modeling career in high fashion at the age of 14. She was told she would need to lose almost a third of her total body weight if she wanted to become a model. After struggling with anorexia for years, Renn reassessed her diet and exercise habits. She gained 70 pounds, re-emerged as a U.S. size 12, and was re-marketed by her agents as a plus-size model. She walks the runways of such names as Chanel and Zac Posen, appears in Vogues around the world, and is the current face of Jimmy Choo's ad campaign.
