Always send flowers. Even if you think flowers are stupid and expensive and a waste of money because "they're just going to die in a week anyway!" (gun-to-the-head), SEND. HER. FLOWERS. Send them to her place of employment. Utilize the element of surprise. Because every girl wants to be romantically jolted out of their prison-like cubicle setting; the A/C humming endlessly on, the dust on the monitor building up slowly over time.... "Yeah, that's right, fellow-coworker ladies. These flowers are for ME! Because somebody thinks I'm awesome."
