Despite my vigorous health efforts, I still can't say no to butter. I believe in butter the way I believe in a Higher Being. I mean, I don't worship butter... or do I?? Which brings me to the ever-important butter dish. A kitchen accessory staple. I don't mind butter sitting out at room temperature, as long as it has a cover. Mine is from Anthropologie, a gift from my friend Danielle. She knows my style well.
