Actor Timeline: James Mcavoy

I first discovered James in "Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe." Mr. Tumnus never looked better. From then on I knew to keep my eyes on this little actor named James Mcavoy. Lucy, I'm so jealous of you.

Then there was "Becoming Jane," in which he played Miss Austen's love interest Tom Lefroy. Only James could bring such sexuality and animal magnetism to a film set in the proper and upright 19th century. He's the only good part of the film.

James is absolutely perfect in the modern fairytale "Penelope," about a girl who is cursed with a pig-nose who must marry a blue-blood to break the curse. It is a superb little film that I highly recommend. And can I just say that James looks like he'd be a REALLY good kisser? Just throwing that out there, for whatever its worth... Ahem...

What is there to say about "Atonement"? I was really hesitant about seeing this film because everyone and their moms saw it, and it became such a novelty. But I did. And it left me literally speechless. This photo is the best representation of "Atonement." Yeah, we really don't need to see Keira's face. Nope. The only thing that matters is James. His hearbreaking expression. The tears in his eyes. I pretty much want to jump him.

This summer we can all look forward to seeing James do the blockbuster action movie thing in "Wanted," in which he becomes a super hot and buff asassin. The world might cave in on itself because of this concept.
Thank you Jesus for the gift of James Mcavoy.

Okay so two things:

Firstly I love James Mcavoy for one reason......he was in Bright Young Things!!! I used to watch this movie seriously every other day last year and he's soooooo brilliant in it you will love it!

Secondly I am soooooooooooooooo excited you changed your title banner to Sweet Land! I just bought that movie because I fell so in love with how beautiful, unusual, and simple it was. Yay! You're the first person I've met who has seen it!
