Even Artichokes Have Hearts!

I love this season's veggie selections... Artichokes, leeks, asparagus, new potatoes, radishes, spinach. I've never cooked with artichokes or leeks before, so I'm excited to try the traditional steamed artichoke (with melted butter, mmmm) and a French recipe for leek soup in the upcoming weeks.
