Guest Post: Lovely White Things

Hello Readers who adore my friend, Ginger Al! 

My last 2 months have been full of learning new things and being inspired by the most basics of life, and I must share them all! 

First off, I can't stop talking about this book: 


It's got loads of information on why a raw, whole foods, plant-based diet is awesome for you,
why we need to exercise, why we need to sleep, and how to stay sane when making basic changes in your lifestyle (this is not a weight-loss diet).

Last but not least, here is my current favorite raw vegan salad with a kick! 
1) rub some kale with salt until it wilts
2) blend an avocado, chipotle pepper, 1/2 lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil together
3) add as many cherry tomatoes and flax or hemp seed to the lettuce as you want
4) mix the avocado dressing with the lettuce mix
DELICIOUS & FULL OF NUTRIENTS!
