Awhile ago I asked Boyfriend to smell all of my perfumes and pick out his favorite, just so I would know what kind he'd like. I have a vanilla scent, violet scent, Philosophy's Amazing Grace, a GAP scent... But his winner really surprised me: my Coco Chanel Mademoiselle! A perfume I got when I turned 16. I always thought it was just for special occasions, because it's so strong and perfumey. And I assumed that Joe, being a guy, would choose something a little less sophisticated and fancy. Besides, he always tells me he likes me au natural... no makeup and such. Lo and behold he picks Chanel. But really, should I be that surprised? Coco certainly knew the way to a man's heart, and the art of seduction. I think it is safe to say that it's always smart to trust the name Chanel.
