This is what I made for dinner last night. And, holy smokes, was it delicious. Layers of creamy enchilada sauce, tortillas, cheese, chicken, onions and zucchini. You bake it, and it gets all melty and lovely.

The Yard Duties made snack today...or should I say BRUNCH. I had the little tostada that Becky makes and some homemade taquitos and mole. I'll be going back for posale (sp) ....no lunch for me today!
