Seattle Restaurant Week!

If you live in the Seattle area, please take advantage of Seattle Restaurant Week.

The stats:

$25 for a three-course meal at many of Seattle's best eateries. Check out the list.

Last night I went to Branzino with Stacey and Moorea, and we all did little dances in our seats as we tried dish after dish of amazing creations.

Our favorites were...

-Yukon Gold Potato Soup, with smoked Penn Cove mussels and Sicilian olive oil
-Pappardelle, with bolognese and Parmesan
-Ravioli, with wild mushrooms, spinach, walnuts, and chevre
-Poached Pear Sorbet, with creme fraiche
-Cannoli, with marcona almond, salted caramel, and cocoa nib
