So last week I got a CSA box from Full Circle Farms through a Groupon. It came with a bunch of carrots, and by Sunday, they were looking like they were on their last leg. Think fast, Allie! I said to myself in a non-crazy person way. I decided to make carrot cake. Because when life gives you carrots, strip them of their nutrients and make carrot cake. RIGHT?!
I'm not a big baker--somehow I always screw up part of the recipe--but I think I succeeded with this carrot cake, you guys! I even made the cream cheese frosting. Yeah. I am the shit.
