I Heart Poached Eggs


The other night I made the most amazing dinner. Oh dear, I don't mean to brag, mwahaha. I just felt like making something good. But it was a very simple dish and fairly inexpensive: Linguine with Asparagus and Poached Egg (Thank you, Everyday Food). I think I've said this before, but I'll say it again: poached eggs are a revelation. The most delicious little babes in the world.

Also paired it with rose (rose-ayy) wine and put a little raspberry in it, just because it looked pretty.
