I'm going to Canlis. Also known as my favorite restaurant of all time. You can read about my first experience at Canlis in two parts. Although I'm not going for a full-on dinner (because that would set me back around $200), I am very excited to enjoy a few cocktails (like the gorgeous one above) and some small plates. Also, it's fun to dress up and get treated like a princess--because the people of Canlis treat you like literal royalty. Seriously, every Canlis encounter I have, I usually look like this.
