Tonight I am SO EXCITED to eat a meal at Staple & Fancy Mercantile, a restaurant opened by one of Seattle's top chefs, Ethan Stowell. I've heard lots of good things about it. Staple & Fancy is participating in Seattle Restaurant Week, which means I get my three course meal for just $28.
