So, as you probably already know, New York is really hot in the summer. And muggy. So after work, folks are just not in the mood to spend time in the kitchen making dinner over the hot stove and oven. That's why most people in the city order takeout. Which is what I did tonight (I was just soooo sweaty!). But I'm really trying to resist the urge and instead make dinners that require little to no heat at all. Here are a few ideas...
