I discovered a BBC miniseries called Parade's End. It's based on a series of books from the 1920s and it's all about marriage, love, monogamy, duty — all that fun stuff — and it's set in England before, during, and after World War I.
Most importantly, it stars Benedict Cumberbatch, that tall hunk of Englishness who I find puzzlingly sexy. I mean, if you look at his face for too long, you realize it's kind of weird, but he's so... tall. :)
I've been illegally downloading it because I'm a criminal, but for you who don't believe in that (read: don't actually know how to illegally download stuff),

Umm... thank you for this! I needed something fulfill my period-piece drama addiction. They can be hard to find sometimes.
Love Benedict, and period dramas... but I found Parade's End hard to get into. Didn't get past the first episode, Let me know how you get on with it!
