Walking on Sunshine

Happy weekend, everyone! Looks like it's going to be a fairly sunny one in Seattle-- thank heavens! I'm off to do a little downtown shopping, and hopefully catch some rays tomorrow and Sunday. Love you, peace!
Of Note:
A country spring wedding
Liking the kitty cover on N.E.E.T. Magazine!
Can I live here, please?
Brightly colored kitchen towels
Currently sporting one of these iPhone wallpapers
Sweet moves, sweet dresses
Dessert, Italian style

Buona Pasqua! (Happy Easter!)

Hey y'all! I hope you have a stupendous Easter weekend. I'm looking forward to at least one day of sunshiney weather, and celebrating the holiday with my friend Maddie.

A Few Pearls

The sun has come out, miraculously.
It was rainy, rainy, rainy.
But God loves us, so Seattle is currently sunny.

I wish I was still big enough to fit on a rocking horse.
In my dream world, there's a rocking horse that's just my size.

I love both of these images because they are so similar.
Beautiful girls in beautiful dresses.
But how did they end up in the middle of the wilderness?
Maybe they got lost on the way to the ball.

Right Now
- I am excited for tomorrow... The first day of school for the kids at Boys & Girls Club, and my first day as a teacher for the Birdies (K & 1st grade)
- I need to get outside and soak up sunshine before it disappears with the onslaught of autumn. Autumn is the springtime of melancholy.
- I feel tugged in two directions. One: Excitement for new developments. Two: Freaked out that there is just too much "new" that I can't handle. The life of a hermit sounds appealing.
- I wish my best friends weren't so far away... Heidi, Britta, Moorea, Brittany, Tita, I miss you guys.
